Santiago, Chile, will be hosting the Pan American games this year, and so far, more than 28,000 people from various countries have volunteered to serve. Over half are between the ages of 18-30, and ultimately only 17,000 will be chosen.
This is fascinating, because it shows that young people do want to be a part of something big, and nothing could be bigger than getting the gospel to the world. Also, unlike the Games, the Lord’s work has no limits to the number of people that can be involved. We must volunteer for Him!
