America’s pastime? I do not think so! In the Dominican Republic, people live for baseball. Baseball, Baseball, Baseball! Some of the best players in baseball come from the Dominican Republic.
Think about it though, how do you think the people of the Dominican Republic got good at baseball? Thats right! They play all the time!

People in the Dominican Republic will spend their entire lives trying to make a professional team in America. Unfortunately, though, no matter how good you are, you cannot keep your talent forever. Getting old is no fun! And all of their work will eventually be for nothing.

Will you give your life for something that lasts forever? I am so glad that God tells us how we can live our life for Him and not waste it. Let’s all agree together that we will stop spending so much time on things that disappear, and we will start doing things that will last forever!
Pray with us that God will send more laborers to reach every city, town, house, and soul with the Gospel message. Pray that God uses the current economic stresses to draw people to Him, that the name of Jesus will be glorified.
